Permanent Contracts Director – Norwich

Core Recruiter are recruiting for a permanent Contracts Director for a contractor based in Norwich, Norfolk.

Our client is looking for an experienced Contracts Director who holds a wealth of Construction knowledge in refurbishment and new build construction.

Qualifications/Experience
• Relevant qualification in Project Management or Construction Management
• Member of the Chartered Institute – Not essential but a bonus
• An in-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques
• Experience working on refurbishment and new build projects at a large scale
• Working with QS and the contracts team/Managing the contracts team and sub-contractors
• Liaising with clients
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress
• Managing risks
• Coordinating and managing the client, contractors and designers
